Attractions and Activities: Wieliczka Salt Mine (Ticket included) Sightseeing with a local guide takes approximately 2.5 hours. It starts at Level 1 of the salt mine (64 meters deep underground). We will walk around 2 kilometers, visiting around 20 breath-taking chambers surrounded by salt in all shades of grey, black, and white, and two majestic chapels. One of them is one of the most famous chapels in Poland – the Chapel of St. Kinga. The Chapel of St. Kinga is the heart of the mine. It is filled with amazingly illuminated religious bas-relief sculptures carved in salt. During the trip, you will have a unique opportunity to taste the salt on your lips, experience the pure silence, and finally, listen to the stories of the history of the mine. Once the sightseeing is over, we will take the elevator to go back to the surface. You will be delivered to your place of departure. 2 hr(s)
