Reviews: Skopje: Matka Canyon, Millennium Cross and Etno Village Tour

A wonderful tour with a fantastic guide (Nicolai)! We were a group of eight people (Americans, Poles, and Germans). The guide arrived punctually at the agreed meeting point, and everything went smoothly and in a relaxed manner. Nicolai immediately struck up conversations with each of us, creating a comfortable atmosphere. We learned a lot about the country and always received answers to our questions. The Matka Gorge is definitely worth a visit—a stunning backdrop and, above all, still unspoiled, as is the ethno-village. We had plenty of time to enjoy a lunch break with food and a cold beer. Unfortunately, the Millennium Cross was closed for maintenance, but Nicolai still showed us a great deal of Skopje and the surrounding area. What was also fantastic was that he showed us the local spots, where we ended up in a superb restaurant that evening. In short, a fantastic tour with a fantastic guide!

We recommend you to book this trip!! Our guide Stefan was very nice and knowledgeable about Skopje and North Macedonia. He shared interesting history and local tips, which made the tour enjoyable and informative. Thanks also to the driver, he drove very safe and comfortable.

We spent a very pleasant day in Ohrid with Vlad! He's a good driver, and he's able to entertain without being intrusive, and is informative without being redundant. He deserved 5/5 stars. Lastly, Ohrid is a gem as well, definitely worth it.
Reviews: Private Full-Day Pristina Tour from Skopje

I recommend this daytrip to Pristina both to visit a pretty city and learn a lot about the Balkans along the way. Zarko was a great guide and driver and he provided so much information on Kosovo and its place in the history of the Balkans. We spent several hours in Pristina, a charming city mixing old and new. Old Ottoman era Mosques blend in with modern architecture. We spent three days in Skopje and this was the highlight of that trip.
Reviews: Private Full Day Trip to Pristina and Prizren from Skopje

When in Skopje, I would highly recommend taking a tour to Kosovo for the day. And ensure that it's not only to Pristina, as you would be missing the beauty that is Priszen. Kosovo is extremely underrated and I was not ready for what I was going to witness after crossing the border. If I hadn't know any better, I would've thought we made a wrong turn and ended up in Switzerland. Visiting of monasteries, small museums, libraries, patisseries, and more, allowed us to really take in the cities and experience the culture. I couldn't recommend this day trip more. For such a small, unassuming country, you are blasted with life when you enter the cities, especially Priszen. Great food, great people, and even better prices (for all of the budget travelers out there, like us) Elaina and Goran (I hope I'm spelling their names correctly) were amazing and insightful guides, full of knowledge of all we were seeing. They took great care of my wife and I, and allowed us to take in the country without feeling rushed. If the trip was a 9/10, they definitely gave it that last 1+ to a 10/10, undoubtedly.
