Wonderful local host, excellent instructions & amazing experience. We had a great time. We requested for no beef in our cooking class & the guide host catered for our needs & was very sensible in engaging us in the cooking class. The tagliatelle we made was simply amazing & the pasta sause was very good too.

The tour was really interesting, not only could we taste a lot of traditional food from Bologna, we could also learn about the history of the city and how the foods were produced (how is balsamic vinegar made, what different cuts are in Mortadella, what is the meaning behind the shape of Tortellini etc.).

A wonderful experience! The clock tower offers a unique view of the entire city of Bologna from above, the palace has rooms with spectacular frescoes, and the tasting with a view is absolutely worth it! Highly recommended!


