From start to finish, the welcome, the drinks, the instructions, the fun and laughter and of course the food - just brilliant and definitely the highlight of my trip so far. Wonderful local host, excellent instructions & amazing experience. We had a great time. We requested for no beef in our cooking class & the guide host catered for our needs & was very sensible in engaging us in the cooking class. The tagliatelle we made was simply amazing & the pasta sause was very good too.★
