Very pleasantly surprised. Punctual, and the staff directing the bus and the bus driver were extremely friendly.

Outstanding! Brian and Jacob were the BEST tour guides EVER! They made the trip SO fun and educational. They were the highlight of our trip. We learned so much and had fun in the process. They were both so organized and respectful and kept all of us entertained. I can’t recommend this tour with Brian and Jacob enough!! If you get them as your tour guides you are in for a treat!

Very pleasant experience, Mr. Pat and the bus driver (I don't know his name) were very kind and professional. I would definitely repeat this trip.

Arron was great. Just the right amount of talking and not to much! The value is a must. It is a beautiful drive and the twin lakes it breathtaking. My 14-year-old gained a love for hiking! Well worth the money.

The trail leading to the lakes is immaculate - and fascinating because the flora is so different than that typically found in North America. The cemetery is also very interesting. But note this: it is a serious HIKE to the lakes. This is not for people in wheelchairs or folks carrying children. It’s a workout.
