What a wonderful tour at a great pace. Dom was an awesome tour guide full of lots of local knowledge, super easy to understand. Despite being in Hoi An for 2 months I still learnt lots about this wonderful diverse city. Just the right amount of stops and ended with a wonderful refreshing local speciality drink. Dom even gave many recommendations for food places in Hoi An not too miss. Would thoroughly recommend this tour.

Overall, Ba Na Hills is a highly recommended attraction. We were lucky; the sun was shining brightly throughout, the itinerary was conveniently coordinated, the driver was punctual, and customer service provided e-tickets, giving us a lot of freedom in choosing which activities to participate in. Customer service was online throughout the trip to answer our questions. However, there wasn't much Chinese-speaking staff on the mountain, so finding specific spots was a bit difficult. The buffet lunch had a wide selection and good value. After descending the mountain, we discussed with the driver whether we could be taken to a Go supermarket to end the trip. The driver was very responsible and informed customer service that it was okay, saving us the trouble of leaving from the hotel – very thoughtful. It's perfect for those who want a slower pace and a more relaxed experience. A great trip!

The drivers were generally punctual, but since we're used to communicating via email, it was a little difficult to find a driver at first. They were also very helpful in guiding us on the way in, and they were waiting for us downstairs for the return trip.

The guide was super nice, really informative, and took good care of everyone. I booked a trip with a buffet lunch, and it was totally worth it. Overall, it was excellent.


