If you already have the entrance fee, you could linger a bit longer at the café upstairs to have time to eat a piece of chicken. Otherwise, everything was great!★

Staff very friendly and knowledgeable about the wildlife. Fabulous we saw dolphins and a pilot whale. We would do this again should we return to Lanzarote. We made our own way there so did not use their pick up/drop off service but information given re parking and directions to their office were very good.★

A superb experience with our kind and highly professional guide, who spoke perfect French. Special mention to our driver during the volcano tour. This is a must-do to avoid the 2-3 hour queues by car and enjoy the tour, which is only accessible by bus. Plus, you're picked up and dropped off near your hotel.★

I went for a trip with 2 other ladies from Slovakia. The trip was organized very well, we saw lots of things and tried local food. The best and very impressive experience was a trip to the sand dunes. The guide was excellent, told us lots of interesting facts about the Island comparing it with the Lanzarote Island (the trip was organised for people from Lanzarote), and speaking 4 languages! Wow! All of us enjoyed the trip very much. It was a highlight of our holiday. Kristina Limbeckova
