The guide was clear and the bus was in good condition. The tour at the Intiñan Museum was particularly engaging. Our English-speaking guide, Consuelo Recalde, was friendly and professional throughout all the experiments. We also enjoyed our experience at Casa Agave. This tour by tour bus is an excellent option, as it's economical and allows for flexible use of your time. The view from the second floor of the bus was also wonderful. I highly recommend it.★

Steven our tour guide was excellent! 🙂 He communicated in a timely manner before the trip and provided us with lots of information and facts during the tour. We were a small group of three so it was almost like a private tour and did not feel rushed. Steven bought us an ice cream at the end of the tour which was a lovey thought. As it was pouring down with rain Steven dropped us off at our accommodation rather than getting drenched walking back from the meeting point. Thank you for a great tour ❤️★

We booked a day at the Papallacta Hot Springs with LatitudeTripec, through ***. Andrés picked us up at our hotel at the arranged time (he was a few minutes early). We then headed out of Quito towards the hot springs, with a few stops to admire the scenery along the way. Andres is knowledgeable, personable and fluent in English, making for good conversation along the drive.
The Papallacta Hot Springs were truly amazing and the cool air made them even more enjoyable. Andres helped us get checked in and checked on us throughout our soak but allowed as much time in the pools as we wanted. It was a truly relaxing and magical experience.
Supper was at a local, authentic Ecuadorian restaurant. Nothing fancy but the food was delicious.
This tour was the perfect combination of fun and relaxing and I would highly recommend it.★

It was an incredible experience! Excellent organization! My guide was Patricio! He is an incredible person, polite, kind, and responsive! Throughout the tour, he told me so many details about the trip itself and about the country in general! We enjoyed a horseback ride, made many stops along the way to the volcano to catch that "perfect shot," and, having climbed to an altitude of 4,864 meters, took tons of photos and celebrated the ascent with warm cocoa (I recommend it to everyone!). At the end of the trip, we had a delicious lunch with a view of Cotopaxi. Thank you Patricio for this incredible experience and introduction to the country! Everything was perfect!★

Our family only had one day to experience Quito and Jamie and Angela made every moment count! From the moment they picked us up at our hotel, it was like visiting with family. They are so kind and knowledgeable about their city answering all of our questions and making sure we would want to visit Quito (and them!) again. Spectacular views by the Virgin of El Panecillo sculpture, breathtaking cathedrals, and a trip to the equator! Angela and Jamie made sure to include everything on our list of sights to see adding their own knowledge and experience to make the most of our day. No review would be complete without mentioning the brownies at the chocolate tasting and the empanadas for lunch! We loved that they took us to places we would never have found on our own. Jamie also acted as our personal photographer making sure we had beautiful memories to bring home with us. Even our teenagers had a great time!
