This was a great tour, 500 steps down and plenty of places to rest on way. Saw a pair of iguanas. Very little wildlife due to human noise. Waterfalls very impressive and worth seeing. Would recommend★

This was a 10/10 day, a great way to really experience Costa Rica in one day. Harlem was a fabulous tour guide, telling us lots of interesting details about places we passed, and he and Carlos our driver even stopped on the side of the road multiple times so we got to see sloths and monkeys in the wild. Zip lining was so fun and they brought us to a hot springs where our group were practically the only ones there. The Arenal Volcano is stunning. Can’t recommend this trip enough.★

Punctuality, good service, attentiveness, very helpful and above all very knowledgeable about the types of coffee, characteristics that greatly helped in the selection of a good coffee, which I already tried and it is magnificent, not forgetting the thermal waters, where we also had a very good experience.★

Our rainforest tour with the volcano hike and hot springs was truly an unforgettable experience, and Andy was the absolute highlight of the day. His knowledge of the area, wildlife, and local ecosystem was incredible. He seemed to find every animal imaginable and took the time to make sure we didn’t miss a single thing.
Andy was so personable, attentive, and genuinely passionate about what he does. He never rushed us, answered all of our questions, and made sure everyone in our group felt comfortable and included. We learned so much thanks to him, and his enthusiasm made the entire experience even more special.
He went above and beyond to make this tour meaningful—taking time to explain what we were seeing, helping us get great photos, and making sure we were enjoying every moment.
If you’re considering this tour, ask for Andy if you can. He truly made it exceptional. We couldn’t recommend this experience more highly!
