I had an amazing experience on this tour to Kaindy Lake, Kolsai Lake, and the canyon. It was truly a memorable trip from start to finish. Our tour guide, Didi, did an excellent job. She was incredibly friendly, spoke very good English, and made everyone feel comfortable. What really stood out was how she interacted with everyone and even remembered each person’s name, which made the experience feel more personal and welcoming. The scenery was absolutely breathtaking. Even though the lakes were covered with snow and ice, it created a unique and magical landscape that was different from the usual views. It was definitely a special experience to see it in this season. We also had lunch at a guest house, which was a pleasant surprise. The place was very clean, and the food was delicious, adding even more enjoyment to the trip. Overall, it was a wonderful tour, and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Amazing tour guide. Helpful, friendly, and good communication. Unfortunately I was disappointed at the end they dropped me to walk 10 minutes with my luggage after a long day hiking. It’s not like we were late and the driver needed to be somewhere. Simply the driver refused to drive a few 350 meters to drop me.

I have been reading the reviews before the trip, and all of it is true. Our guide, Rustam was so welcoming and friendly. The trip was long but he always making sure everyone was good. Also all the places were incredible. I would recommend taking the horse ride at Kaindy lake. What a beautiful experience. All in all, would very recommend this trip and thank you for the experience Rustam and other travellers during my trip.

It was a long trip but worth to try. We visit canyon & lakes, the scenery was very beautiful! Our guide, Dimazh was good & helpful. But the road is kinda off-road sometimes haha but it’s ok.. We really enjoying it!

This is a solid one-day activity to experience the Kazakh outdoors. We went to 5 sites, including a ride on an old Soviet bus and a pony, with a delicious lunch at a local home. If you have more time, stretching it to a two-day trip with an overnight stay in a yurt would probably be better but if you only have a day to spare, do this. We had a pleasant guide, Naz, and driver and they managed a packed day without us feeling too rushed.


