Beyond specified area: Transfer services are not available beyond the specified pick-up/drop-off area, - You will receive your pickup time one day before the tour between 1 and 2 pm. Each hotel has a different pickup time, so please check your email, including your spam folder. - If we cannot pick you up at your accommodation, we will assign you the meeting point closest to your hotel. - Meeting points for travelers staying at Airbnbs, hotels outside our pickup area, or any location we cannot reach: - Meeting point in Cancun: Outside the One Cancun Centro Hotel on Avenida Tulum - Meeting point in Playa del Carmen: Outside Coco Bongo in Playa del Carmen - Meeting point in Tulum, Akumal, and Puerto Aventuras: There is no pickup at any hotel or Airbnb; the meeting point is at Coco Bongo in Playa del Carmen. - The pickup time is determined according to your location and tour availability. - Travelers who do not provide a hotel name as their pickup location at least 24 hours in advance will automatically be assigned the One Cancun Centro meeting point. - For the Playa del Carmen area, reservations are subject to availability. - Depending on availability and your hotel's location, the pickup time may change. - We do not offer pickup service from Airbnbs or private addresses.Meet at meeting point: Puerto Morelos Charters ,Quintana Roo,Mexico NO TRANSPORTATION, NO MEETING POINT IN PUERTO MORELOS. Meet at meeting point: Coco Bongo Playa del Carmen Calle 10 esquina con calle 12, 77710, Playa del Carmen We will pick you up from your hotel in the Riviera Maya up to Playa del Carmen, if we do not have availability at your hotel, the meeting point is on the outskirts of Coco Bongo Playa del Carmen. You will receive the pick-up time one day before the tour.
Meet at meeting point: We will pick you up at your hotel in Cancun and Costa Mujeres. If we don't have availability at your hotel, the meeting point is outside the One Cancun Centro Hotel. You will receive the pickup time the day before the tour.
Attractions and Activities: Puerto Morelos (Free entry) All activities take place in Puerto Morelos. Combine adrenaline, adventure, and skill within the Mayan jungle on an ecological tour immersed in the jungle. Enjoy a circuit of zip lines, ATVs and also horseback riding, an interactive cenote with 2 zip lines and a jumping platform, lunch with soft drinks included and a rest area. 4 hr(s)
