Although it was quite difficult to download the app on-site, the staff were friendly and the guide was entertaining. Since the guided tour was conducted via a separate radio, I felt like it wasn't necessary to download the app. The main attraction, the gondola tour, was truly fantastic. Navigating the narrow alleys and canals of Venice by boat will remain a lasting memory.★

Visiting Venice during Carnival is a truly spectacular experience, with as many scenes as costumes. Our guide, Eddy, successfully met the challenge of leading us through the crowded streets. I appreciated his knowledge and patience. A big thank you also to our driver, Javier, who got us to our destination safely, including the necessary restroom breaks. Highly recommended!★

Excessively expensive activity for a mere 30-minute ride... Excellent welcome, but you can take a gondola ride for 90 euros for 4 people for the same price and for much longer... Too many tourist traps in Venice!About
