Reviews: Golden Temple, Jallianwala Bagh, Partition Museum & Wagha Border - #Travellouge

We booked a Holiday package from this agency. It was fantastic tour and very reasonable price of our six day tour to Chandigarh to Dharamshala, Dalhousie, Amritsar and drop back to Chandigarh. Driver Karan was very good fellow. Our Amritsar day tour was good. They showed us Golden Temple, Jallianwala Bagh, Warmemorial and Wagha border retreat ceremony.

It was a nice and complete tour. The best part is going through the alleys and discover hidden gems. I recommend this specially for solo travelers because you can meet other people visiting too.
Reviews: Amritsar City Tour ( Including Wagah Border Ceremony)
Guest User2025-12-14
The tour was handled by a friendly guide, Ronit, and driver, Rabish. Both are fluent in English, which made communication very easy. They are passionate about their work, and even the driver, Rabish, is very knowledgeable about the history and the places we visited. I was truly impressed by both of them. I also learned an important lesson from Ronit about not wasting food. Attached are photos of the wonderful places I visited, all shot on an iPhone.
Reviews: Real Village Tour Amritsar
Guest User2025-10-25
From the moment we arrived at the Real Village Tour, we were welcomed like family. The hosts, Mr. Singh and his wife Vrigie, radiated warmth and hospitality, while their son Jeewan charmed us with his intelligence and respectfulness. The ancestral home, standing for five generations, was both historic and inviting. Sitting in the peaceful courtyard felt like stepping into another world. A tractor ride through lush green fields gave us a glimpse of rural Punjab’s beauty, and the village drive added authenticity to the experience. Lunch was a highlight—fresh, flavorful, and lovingly prepared by the aunties. Helping Grandpa with a small task was unexpectedly delightful; his energy and stories made the visit even more personal. This wasn’t just a tour—it was an immersion into Punjabi culture and family life. If you want to experience Amritsar beyond the Golden Temple, this is an unforgettable way to do it.
