To ensure your day is as smooth and magical as possible, here are a few friendly tips for our journey together. Starting our Adventure: We'll begin our day promptly at 8:00 AM in the lobby of your hotel/AirBnB. Bavaria's weather can be quite erratic, so we recommend checking the forecast and wearing comfortable walking shoes for our mountain exploration & or Rain gear! Tailoring Your Day: While your tour fee covers your private transport and guide, additional optional expenses are as follows: Royal Entrances: Tickets for Neuschwanstein (€25.50 - we will let you know how to acquire these) and Linderhof (€10.00- onsite) can be settled by card. The Optioanal Mountain Shuttle: To get the best views at the castle, there is a small €3.00 shuttle fee (this one is cash only, so a few coins are handy!). Alternatively we walk up but be warned, you need to be moderately fit to do this. A Bavarian Feast: We'll stop for a delicious local lunch where you can choose exactly what suits your appetite. This local Austrian Eatary is cash only. Arriving in Style: If you'd like to start your trip stress-free, we offer private Airport Pickups for €95. Just let us know if you'd like us to meet you at the terminal! A Note on Your Guide: Your guide is dedicated to making your day unforgettable. While gratuities are never expected, they are a wonderful way to say 'Prost' if you love your experience. We can't wait to see you soon!"

Often called the "fairytale castle," its romantic medieval architecture, complete with soaring turrets, ornate interiors, and stunning views, inspired Walt Disney's iconic castle. Though intended as a private retreat for the king, it was opened to the public shortly after his death and now captivates millions of visitors annually. Getting Up to Neuschwanstein Castle: On Foot: The most economical option, it's a steep but well-maintained paved walk that takes approximately 20 minutes. Shuttle Bus: Buses depart every 20 min. . Attractions and Activities: Linderhof Palace (At your own expense) Step into the opulent world of King Ludwig II with a visit to Linderhof Castle, his most intimate and the only palace he lived to see completed. Modeled after the Petit Trianon at Versailles, this jewel-box palace showcases stunning Rococo interiors and reflects Ludwig's deep admiration for the French monarchy. But the magic extends beyond the palace walls to the awe-inspiring Venus Grotto. This artificial stalactite cave, inspired by Wagner's opera "Tannhäuser," is a fantastical creation complete with a lake, a gilded shell boat, and dramatic lighting effects that once replicated the Blue Grotto of Capri. The adventure begins with a leisurely 20-minute scenic chairlift ride to the summit, offering breathtaking panoramic views of the town and the stunning Alps – perfect for photos!
