The guide was very knowledgeable and his English was not bad at all. He even offered to be my photographer for the time I was there. A pleasant experience.
Reviews: Pablo and Comuna 13 with Cable Car

Omg words cannot describe how great this tour was. Carlos was so knowledgeable and also kept the vibe up with the reggaeton music as we drove across Medellin. We learned about the rich history highlighting the great positive transformation of the city of Medellin and Colombia on a whole the past few decades. This tour is a definite must. Ending at communa 13 and having lunch with a view of the city was definitely a highlight. Nuff love from Jamaica 🇯🇲 It was definitely worth it. We were picked up from our hotel and dropped back after - about 5-6h in total (we drove to the various locations)
Reviews: Pablo Escobar Tour And Comuna 13

I did the Pablo Escobar and Comuna 13 tour today, and my guide Camilo was absolutely outstanding. He’s incredibly knowledgeable, engaging, and genuinely passionate about Medellín’s history and transformation. What impressed me even more was his personality: he’s kind, thoughtful, considerate, and always made sure I felt comfortable and taken care of throughout the experience. His explanations were honest and clear, and he shared the story of Medellín with real respect and heart. Whatever you choose to do in Medellín, if you can do it with Camilo, you’ll have an unforgettable experience.

My friend and I joined this Jiufen day trip, and the overall experience far exceeded our expectations! Most itineraries combine Shifen and Jiufen, but we just wanted to leisurely explore Jiufen, so we were happy to find this package that only included Jiufen. The original itinerary indicated a group of about 30 people, but surprisingly, there were only two groups of three on the day. The travel agency not only didn't cancel the trip but also thoughtfully changed it to a nine-seater vehicle, making the entire journey more comfortable and almost like a private charter. The tour guide was very professional, extremely familiar with Jiufen, and could communicate in Chinese, Japanese, and English. The itinerary was very flexible, with plenty of free time; she was also very willing to accompany us and provide explanations if needed. The overall atmosphere is relaxed and pleasant, and it is a highly recommended travel experience! My friend and I joined this Jiufen day tour, and the experience exceeded our expectations! Most tour packages combine Shifen and Jiufen, but we wanted to explore Jiufen at a relaxed pace, so we were very happy to find a tour dedicated solely to Jiufen. The tour description mentioned a group of around 30 people, but in the end there were only two parties with a total of three guests. Instead of canceling, the agency thoughtfully arranged a smaller nine-seater vehicle, making the trip much more comfortable and almost like a private tour. Our guide was extremely professional and knowledgeable about Jiufen, and she could speak Chinese, Japanese, and English. The schedul
Reviews: Tiananmen Square, Forbidden City & Treasure Museum Small Group Tour

Mary reached out the day before via WhatsApp and answered my logistic questions. Overall I’m very happy I joined her tour. She is patient, upbeat, and explained well without being overwhelming. Perhaps I’m out of shape, but this ~5 hours walking tour was intense during the last hour or so. Be sure to wear comfiest shoes and bundled up! Also I’m glad Mary’s notes did mention bringing drinks and snacks with you. The snack shops inside the Forbidden City were too long to wait.
Reviews: Half-Day Tour of the Beijing Forbidden City [Including Tickets and Free Treasure Hall Ticket] Multiple Group Types / Chinese/English Guided Tour

Our tour guide, Li Xue, was very professional and polite. Her explanations were engaging and clear, and she could describe the architecture of the Forbidden City, down to every brick and tile, in great detail, sharing many interesting stories. She also interacted with the group members during her explanations. Our family was very satisfied. I highly recommend hiring a guided tour when visiting the Forbidden City.
