How to use

Mobile or paper ticket accepted

• Please meet your friendly tour guide at your desired meeting time (between 5:30pm to 7:00pm) - please advise upon booking.

• Your meeting point is at the Lobby of Holiday Inn Shanghai Nanjing Road ( address : No.595 Jiujiang Road . Meeting point in Chinese is 上海南京路步行街假日酒店, 九江路595号, pls print this out if you need to show this to the taxi driver.

• Please kindly indicate your hotel or local contact information upon booking in case your guide needs to contact you

• Hotel pickup and drop-off service is not included

• Children must be accompanied by an adult

• Not wheelchair accessible

If a cancellation request is submitted before 00:00, 1 day(s) prior to the date of use, no cancellation fee will be charged.

If a cancellation request is submitted after 00:00 1 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 100% will be charged.

If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.

Partial refund is not available.
