We will send you a booking confirmation with the exact description of the meeting point. If you do not receive an Email, please check your SPAM folder. If you are coming by cruise ship, Cozumel has three cruise ship piers. Our meeting points are close to the exit of the port terminal. Sometimes cruise ships change their port last minute. In this case we will write an email with updated information and send the new meeting point. Please make sure you are reachable via phone or email. For the PUNTA LANGOSTA pier, we meet at the entrance of the MEGA supermarket. For the INTERNATIONAL pier, we meet at the 7 Eleven mini supermarket. For the PUERTA MAYA pier, we meet at the 7 Eleven mini supermarket. If your phone is not working in Cozumel and you need to reach out to us, please ask one of the local people if you can use their phone.
