Attractions and Activities: Archaeological Site of Olympia (At your own expense) The sanctuary of Olympia extends over a bewitching landscape lying at the feet of the Kronius Hill. This made it an ideal location for the Olympic Games which were held every four years to honour Zeus. Once you are there, you will visit the temple of Zeus which housed one of the seven wonders of the world and the temple of Hera where the Olympic torch is lit. Attractions and Activities: Klio's honey farm (Free entry) Just a breath away from the museum and the ruins in Olympia, you can meet Klio and her mother on her farm. Klio will welcome you with a platter of seasonal fruits, fresh juice and coffee, into a garden filled with fruit trees and vegetables. Attractions and Activities: Agios Ilias Beach (Free entry How to visit:No indoor visits) Saint Andrew beach is very close to the Katakolon port, it's located behind the hill of Katakolon and it's only 4 km away. The beach with thick sand and rocks during the summer is full of life. It's got a magnificent view of the sea. There is also a cafe and a traditional restaurant where someone can enjoy coffee or meal.
