Loved the flexibility of seeing all three museums on our own schedule. Appreciated the receptionist at the Maranello museum had the numbers of taxis for us to organize one back to Modena. Very good activity.

The Acetaia was amazing! I was excited to see the craftsmanship in such detail and of course for the rare chance to try unique and true balsamic vinegar from different barrels and of varying age. Marianna was the best in explaining all steps of the balsamic vinegar making process, and we also had the pleasant opportunity of meeting Patricia, the lovely lady whose estate the acetaia is located at. I highly recommend to take this tour-you’ll also be able to bring home all the exclusive, rare goodies at the end. I got a vanilla infused balsamic vinegar, amongst others, which I have never encountered before. Simply awesome experience, thank you!!

Such an informative and well thought out experience. The tour included a tasting, tour of the cellar and a great lunch with balsamic vinegar pairings. We came with our 5 month old baby and the hosts were very accommodating to us. Would definitely recommend.


