My experience at the Curicancha Cloud Forest Reserve was absolutely unforgettable. The beauty of the cloud forest is something truly unique, lush vegetation and an incredible sense of peace all around. What really made the difference, though, was our guide, Wilson. He was outstanding in every possible way: extremely knowledgeable, always eager to share insights, and able to spot wildlife we would have completely missed on our own. On top of that, he was friendly, approachable, and genuinely passionate about what he does, which made the entire experience even more enjoyable. We were also incredibly lucky during our tour. We managed to see a wide variety of wildlife, including several species of birds and animals that made the experience feel almost surreal. Each sighting felt special, and Wilson made sure to explain everything in detail, adding so much value to every moment. I would highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting the area.

Roy was phenomenal. Very informative & knowledgeable on the wildlife. Curi Cancha was a perfect place to see the animals that I wanted to see. 10/10 would recommend this tour. Great value for money too.

I had the most wonderful time with this tour. I was traveling solo and there were only 2 other people plus our amazing guide Holgar (I hope I spelled your name right!), making the group small and flexible. Holgar made sure we saw the most we could, and we even spend 45 minutes extra after the ending time to try to spot the quetzal (which sadly wasn’t a success, but that’s nature!). My personal highlight was seeing the beautiful keel-billed toucan. Holgar was an expert in taking pictures and videos through the telescope (is that the right word for it?). I cannot recommend booking this tour enough, thank you so much!

The Curi- Cancha Reserve tour was the best tour we had during our entire stay in Costa Rica. Mauricio was amazing! We felt like he knew everything about the area, the fauna and its animals. We learned so much on top of seeing some incredible birds. He’s incredibly fast at setting up the scope (huge plus after going on toutes where guides took a long time to set up) to try and get everyone to see the birds. The fact that he also offered to take pictures of us, and the animals through the scope just made this tour that much better. Will absolutely be recommending their company. 10/10!!!


