Overall experience was very nice, tour guide cum driver was excellent. Explained everything in detail. Only we didn’t like was lot of time was spent traveling in the car. There maybe many reasons for that, but overall we think lot of time could be better managed.★

Our day trip was fantastic! Our guide/ driver were very nice and helpful. The best part was the desert 4wheeling and sunset sandboarding. Lots of beautiful pictures. The dinner show was fun too! Even the buffet food was quite delicious with the BBQ and fresh made roti! Great value for a half day experience.
Pleasing my husband and teenage daughter were not easy and we all had smiles on our faces!★

Last week, I traveled to Dubai for the first time with a group of about 30 friends and family members. We booked a private multi-day excursion, and what truly made the experience unforgettable was our tour guide, Saad (Sam).
From the moment we arrived, Sam was exceptional. He clearly communicated our daily itinerary which kept things running smoothly. During our travels, he shared fascinating insights about Dubai’s history, local customs, cultural norms, Islamic traditions, and even pointed out iconic landmarks along the way.
What stood out most was Sam’s ability to connect with everyone in our group, ranging from teenagers to seniors. He was engaging, humorous, and incredibly personable, which kept us all interested and entertained throughout. Whether it was navigating bustling souks, selecting perfumes and oils (his recommendations were spot on) on answering the many questions we had, Sam handled everything with patience and genuine care.
He consistently went above and beyond to make sure each of us had a meaningful experience tailored to our interests. Not to mention the amazing photos he captured!
If you’re visiting Dubai and want an experience that’s insightful, well organized, and led by someone who truly loves sharing the city, as for Sam. He made my first trip to Dubai unforgettable!
