I was unsure about the meeting place, so I came to check it out beforehand, confirmed with the staff that it was the right place, and then made a reservation on the spot. The staff were very kind! Each gondola holds 5 people. The ride takes about 30 minutes. If you're not particular about the route, I think this experience is great! However, there was no walking guide as described.

Although it was quite difficult to download the app on-site, the staff were friendly and the guide was entertaining. Since the guided tour was conducted via a separate radio, I felt like it wasn't necessary to download the app. The main attraction, the gondola tour, was truly fantastic. Navigating the narrow alleys and canals of Venice by boat will remain a lasting memory.

I absolutely loved this tour! James was our tour guide and he was very knowledgeable of the areas we went & had a great sense of humor. I loved the Cotswolds Villages the most- so beautiful & quaint. Oxford was absolutely stunning! Lots of things to do to keep you busy. As a solo female traveler, I felt very safe the entire trip. All instructions for meet up points and time were clear. Highly recommend!

The trip was good, all three places were pretty chill and had restaurants. However, we are supposed to have the e-ticket to show the person at the pier but trip.com didn’t provide one and the service provider also did not provide any. Hence, it made the initial meet up very challenging. There were 6 pier 1A,1B,2A,2B,3A,3B, however the meeting point didn’t state which pier exactly. Other than these, the day trip experience was good
