Things to know:

1. This product is provided by overseas partners and is booked by our store. Due to real-time updates of product information and market price fluctuations, it may be inconsistent with what is displayed when you book. Once you place an order and pay successfully, it is assumed that you have read, understood and accepted the itinerary, fee description, refund and change policy, and other instructions.

2. Once the registration is successful, no cancellation or change application will be accepted 48 hours before departure. If the application can be accepted within the allowed cancellation and change date range, a handling fee of 100 yuan per person will be deducted.

3. Please arrive at the meeting point/ Pick-up point at least 15 minutes in advance. It is better to be early than late. If the guide/driver has not arrived, please wait patiently. We cannot reserve a seat for you or make refunds if you are late. Thank you for your understanding.

4. The product itinerary description is for reference only. The departure time, itinerary duration, scenic spots, scenic spot pictures, etc. are for reference only. The specific tour details can be adjusted according to the actual situation of the day. For the safety of you and your group members, please be more considerate and understanding. This store does not accept claims for reasons that are inconsistent with the product copy itinerary, pictures, etc.

5. Please refer to the actual availability of tickets for the Boat Ticket time. We reserve the right to adjust it before or after. You must Arrival Pier on time, no later than 20 minutes before departure. It is recommended to arrive early because there are no seat numbers on the ship.

6. Drones are not allowed.

7. The boat is equipped with a toilet, also suitable for wheelchair users, a changing table, a sun deck and a spacious lounge. Free Wi-Fi is available on board.

8. You are not allowed to bring your own food and drinks on board. Most ships have a kiosk offering food and drinks such as simple meals, sweets, soft drinks, beer and wine. Please note that the selection in the kiosk may vary from ship to ship.

9. Dogs are allowed. During the Peak season from April to September, dogs are kept outdoors on the decks as much as possible. Dogs may be kept in designated areas during the winter. However, dogs are not allowed in the seats.

10. It is important that the dog owner remains with the dog throughout the journey and has full control. Please note that other passengers must be considered and the crew will refer to suitable places when staying indoors.

11. The seats are not numbered, so you can choose an available seat. You are also welcome to stand or sit on the benches on the sundeck.

12. infant strollers and a limited number of wheelchairs can be brought on board. Please note that only one electric wheelchair can be brought on each trip.

13. Fee Description:

Not included: hotel transfer service, food, beverages, all personal expenses and any expenses not mentioned in the inclusions.

Special Notes:

1. This product does not provide Chinese/Mandarin services. Drivers, guides and staff are all in English/local official language. It is recommended to bring your own translator/APP for easy communication.

2. This tour is not a private, independent tour. You will be combined with other guests into one group and arrange the itinerary in a unified manner. Please follow the group and follow the driver's instructions during the trip. Do not leave the group without permission or get separated from the group. If you do not depart or return with the group, our store will not be responsible for any situation.

3. Before and on the day of the tour, the overseas partners of most countries will not contact you (unless otherwise specified). The driver/ guide and the license plate number of the group vehicle are randomly assigned on the day, so the driver/tour guide's mobile phone number and license plate number information cannot be provided simultaneously. Please arrive at the meeting point/ Pick-up point at least 15 minutes in advance according to the departure reminder notice to sign in and depart. It is better to be early than late. If there is an emergency, we will assist in communicating it within our control, and the handling result of the overseas service provider shall prevail.

4. After you have successfully paid on the platform, we need to confirm with the overseas service provider whether there are seats/tickets. Since the group seat inventory cannot be updated with the overseas real-time for the time being, your successful payment on the platform does not mean that you have successfully registered/ticketed. Please wait for the confirmation notification. If the confirmation is successful, you will be sent an electronic group voucher/ticket. It will be sent to you on the same day unless there are special circumstances, and postponed during holidays. If it is confirmed again that the seat is full, the booking will be closed and refunded. Please change the travel date or choose another group line.

5. The product text is translated Chinese/Mandarin based on the foreign language itinerary content of the overseas service provider. Occasionally, there will be translation errors and changes in the itinerary arrangement order, so please follow the arrangements of the driver and guide on the day.

6. The product does not include any Insurance. All risks during the period are borne by the guests themselves, and the store does not bear any responsibility. It is recommended that passengers purchase overseas travel accident Insurance and other Insurance before traveling to protect your life, body, property or related interests during the overseas travel. Short-term travel accident injury Insurance and emergency rescue Insurance.

7. If the itinerary is unable to travel or tour due to force majeure such as weather, local strikes, marches, road closures, temporary closures of attractions due to official notices, etc., our store cannot provide refunds.

8. The end time of the trip may be delayed than expected. It is strongly recommended that you do not arrange long-distance transportation such as connecting flights, trains, bus, cruise, etc., or connect with other fixed-time and unchangeable activity on the day of the trip to avoid unnecessary losses. The store will not provide any compensation for such losses caused by delayed return of the trip.

9. Please provide the name (including correct pinyin) and group (adult/child/ infant) of each passenger accurately when placing an order. When an booking contains more than two names, the voucher will be entered as one of the names, which will not affect the group information verification of the booking owner. When multiple people join a group, they can share quantity and present the e-voucher. The voucher/ticket can only be used once and cannot be reused (except for special circumstances).
