Reviews: Geiranger: Guided Geirangerfjord Boat Tour

We loved the tour at Geirangerfjord! We booked it early in the morning to avoid crowds and indeed at first it was just our boat on the fjord. Would definitely recommend it.

If there's one thing I can say about the tour, it's that it's an experience no one visiting Norway should miss (unless the weather isn't ideal). The tour is excellent; it's quite cold outside the boat, so dress warmly when you go ashore to enjoy the beautiful views of the fjords. The village of Geiranger is magical, small but charming. I loved the entire tour, especially the breathtaking views.

The drive through the fjords was extraordinary, unforgettable landscapes, very picturesque with the little houses and explanations of each place we were seeing

This was a great way to see Oslo from a different viewpoint. The narrator and guide were both helpful in talking about landmarks and clarifying as necessary. There was a bar on board with a great selection of drinks and things to eat. Would definitely recommend as a way to get out on the fjords without much time to travel elsewhere in Norway.
