Reviews/Trip Moments

Reviews: Cairns hot air balloon ride with sunrise views - 40–60 min flight experience (includes taxes + optional hotel transfers)
Guest User2025-11-04
It was even better than I imagined! It was my first time in a hot air balloon, and the view was truly spectacular. I was also able to see wild animals like wallabies and horses, so I'm glad I participated, and I would definitely like to participate again if I ever come back to Cairns. It was great that I could enjoy myself right up until the moment I returned home! I was grateful that they drove me to the airport. A Japanese person was with me the whole time and explained everything, so I was able to participate with peace of mind. Also, they communicated with me via SMS right up until the trip, so I was able to act smoothly on the day. Thank you very much!

Reviews: Australian Kayaking Adventures: 2-hour kayaking at Gold Coast Broadwater + snorkeling at Wave Break Island

First, the booking process went smoothly, but that's about it. No one contacted me beforehand. When I contacted Ctrip customer service, they said they were in China and couldn't easily reach the merchant. The merchant is Australian and only sent me the meeting address; without Google Maps, I wouldn't know how to get there. This made it difficult to plan much for the next day. Shouldn't they have clearly stated in the product description if they didn't contact the person who made the reservation? It's inconvenient to tell customers they can't cancel after they've already booked, and then have no one contact you. When I arrived at the designated meeting point, it was just a family home, not a fixed business location. I had to ask several people in English before I realized it was a van parked across from the house. The entire itinerary and kayak descriptions were in English; tourists who don't understand English should choose carefully. The kayaking time was only half an hour round trip, with the remaining 40 minutes for snorkeling in a bay where the UV radiation was extremely strong, so be sure to take precautions. The snorkeling equipment was basic. The walk involved passing a section of extremely hot sand.
