How to use
Swap your smartphone voucher for the physical Vienna PASS at the VIENNA SIGHTSEEING & Vienna PASS Service Center (Opernring 3-5 17/24, 1010, Vienna)
The staff will explain and accompany you in booking the attractions
The card is only usable when swapped for a physical one and it is activated when it's used for the first time
It is highly recommended to check each attractions' opening hours
Valid photo ID required for pass collection. The name on the voucher must match the one on the ID.
Please note that the Visitor Terrace at Vienna Airport and Niederweiden Palace will remain closed for renovation until the end of 2027 - these attractions won't be available to City Pass holders.
Kids under 6 get in free
The person named during the checkout process MUST be present when collecting the pass
Each attraction can be visited once, but hop-on hop-off access is unlimited
**IMPORTANT - For DDSG cruises a reservation is required beforehand**

- Please bring your printed tickets or show your digital tickets to the ship's personnel upon boarding. Participation is not possible without these tickets

If a cancellation request is submitted before 23:58, 2 day(s) prior to the date of use, no cancellation fee will be charged.
If a cancellation request is submitted after 23:58 2 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 100% will be charged.
If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.
Partial refund is not available.
