An unforgettable experience thanks to Joanne! From the moment we left Florence, her professionalism shone through: she introduced herself to the entire group and transformed the bus ride into a fascinating historical tour. Upon arriving in La Spezia and exploring the Cinque Terre villages, Joanne not only guided us to the best photo spots but was always attentive, providing timely information and helping everyone with their pictures. What was most incredible was her resourcefulness: despite a train delay, she arranged our tickets for the Leaning Tower of Pisa in record time. Thanks to her quick thinking, we were able to go up and capture the sunset at the very last minute. Thank you so much, Joanne, for your warmth and for making this tour perfect.
