What's included

Guide commentary service fee

Guide admission tickets not included (most attractions offer free entry for guides, subject to attraction regulations), guide meal subsidies not included (a 30 CNY per meal subsidy may be provided if dining together is inconvenient). For multi-day tours across different locations, guide accommodation must be arranged or a 150 CNY per night accommodation subsidy provided.

How to use

1. After placing an order, professional customer support will contact the guest for one-on-one itinerary recommendations and guide arrangements.

2. You will receive a booking confirmation SMS from Trip.com once your order is successfully placed.

3. The guide will confirm the meeting time and location with you via phone call by 20:00 (local time) the day before departure at the latest. Please ensure your mobile phone is reachable. For same-day bookings, our staff will contact you by phone before 12:00 noon. Please keep your phone available. If you haven't been contacted within the specified time, please call the emergency contact number provided in the confirmation message or contact customer support.

4. On the day of your trip, please arrive at the meeting point before the scheduled time (recommended 5-10 min in advance) with the reserved traveler's name and valid ID (ID card/Entry-Exit Permit for Hong Kong and Macau/passport, etc.).

Change & cancellation policies

If a cancellation request is submitted before 12:00, 1 day(s) prior to the date of use, no cancellation fee will be charged.

If a cancellation request is submitted before 22:00 1 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 30% will be charged.

If a cancellation request is submitted after 22:00 1 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 100% will be charged.

If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.

Partial refund is not available.

Product Description

This product can be booked independently. After booking, a guide will be arranged to contact you. The guide package includes guided tour services. If the tour exceeds the scheduled time, you can pay an additional fee to extend the guided tour duration (50 CNY per hour).

1. Please make sure to arrive at the designated meeting point on time and do not be late.

2. Please take care of your personal belongings and try to avoid carrying valuables. Any loss or damage incurred during the trip will be your own responsibility.

3. Visitors are advised not to leave the group without permission during the trip and to follow the guide's instructions to ensure their safety.

Service notice:

Professional guide service without vehicle included, this is a walking tour. If guests have their own vehicle, they can arrange a meeting point to pick up the guide. For guests without vehicles, both parties need to meet at the agreed location.

The guide will communicate with guests regarding the departure point or time of the itinerary. Depending on the off-peak or peak season or other special circumstances, the departure point or time may not be fixed. Guests can either insist on their preferred travel time or choose to follow the guide's recommendations, subject to mutual agreement. Please ensure thorough communication and travel preparations in advance. We appreciate your understanding.

For this product, the guide may adjust your itinerary or make suggestions based on weather, traffic conditions, or other factors (such as changing the order of visiting attractions/venues or adjusting the meeting time) to ensure a smooth experience, without reducing the total time slot. Please discuss and agree on any changes with the guide in advance. The guide's service duration is 8 hr. If you choose to end the tour or commentary early, it will be considered as service completion, and no partial refund will be granted for not meeting the full 8-hour service duration.
