If a cancellation request is submitted before 00:00, 3 day(s) prior to the date of use, no cancellation fee will be charged.
If a cancellation request is submitted after 00:00 3 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 100% will be charged.
If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.
Partial refund is not available.
To change the date or time, please cancel your booking and book again.

Depature Düsseldorf at 10 am
Bus stop: Worringer Str. 109/140 Bus station (next to Dusseldorf Central Station)
Depature for return at 5 pm
Bus stop at Guest Services Building (next to Nike store entrance)
Please arrive at the departure point 15 minutes before departure time.
Children under 3 years are free
The Shuttle Bus service is provided by Titandix GmbH & Co KG.
The ticket can be canceled free of charge up to 72 hours before the start of the tour.
In the event of a customer's failure to show up ("no-shows"), customer will be charged 100% of the cost.
