The tour the day before was cancelled due to wind, so I hastily booked a tour for the next day. First of all, I was surprised that the destination was different from what I had expected, but the tour was good. It was great to feel the history in places like the underground city and churches. The tour guide who gave the explanations even shared some of his favorite personal points of interest. Considering the entrance fee to the underground city, lunch, transportation costs, and the effort of researching, it was worth it! However, there were a lot of instances where people tried to sell me jewelry and souvenirs (which were slightly more expensive than souvenir shops in the city).

Amazing. The guys designed a really well-designed route. For people riding horses for the first time, it started out on a straight course, then went between the foothills. I really, really enjoyed it.

Pick up and drop off at your hotel … arrived at the site as the team was blowing up our balloon and they got us onboard and oof we went. The very competent pilot was fun and humorous and made his job look easy considering the very low and very high heights he took us on including the “Turkish kiss “ where 2 balloons can touch each other! It was a sunny clear sky for us which made it all the more memorable. The landing was perfect and the celebrating with “champagne” was fun too. Bought a reasonably priced photo they took and received certificates as well.

We were incredibly lucky to get a hot air balloon ride on our very first day. The driver was very patient when he picked us up, and the flight was fantastic. We even had champagne together at the end – it was such a special occasion! We also received a certificate, and the photos turned out beautifully. Highly recommended!


