It's really very well organized and very pleasant. The only disappointment: there are more fees than what the website indicates. It was supposed to be US$20 (a presentation I find regrettable… why not state it in Mexican pesos?), but once there, we were told about other, rather substantial, fees… I was really angry that I hadn't been informed beforehand. The concept of a captive customer has always royally annoyed me.

We had an EXCELLENT time kayaking to Los Arcos and snorkeling there. Kevin and Rodolfo were great tour guides- very considerate, fun, and organized. The directions on getting to the place were very clear, and they explained the itinerary very well as well. The only thing for us to do was enjoy! Definitely recommend Paddle Zone.


