Joni was a wonderful guide, absolutely brilliant, positive, and responsive. We loved the tour. We didn't lose anyone, which is key 😀 Lunch was included, and they even took our food allergies into account, which is crucial. We lived in a different area, so we had to get to the office ourselves. They sent us the address in advance, so we found the right place without any problems.★

W definitely enjoyed. Perhaps the itinerary was too ambitious and had to go fast in each stop. Kelvin did a great job and his energy and passion were palpable. Very pleased on his service! Confirmation through Mie was easy and fast. We would definitely recommend this trip.★

A trip really comes down to the environment and the tour guide. Jimmy was an experienced and energetic guide and host which multiplied the entire experience make sure you give that guy a raise. The tunnels are a must and both an educational and exciting experience. I didn’t find the river as exciting however Jimmy and new friends made the experience worthwhile. Definitely go with this company and hope to get Jimmy!
