I used this service for a day trip to Toledo. While you can buy tickets at the bus terminal on the day of departure, I think it's easier to buy them in advance. There are no assigned seats, so the bus departs as soon as it reaches capacity. I recommend allowing plenty of time. There's no indication of the platform number, but I think it's generally the platform with the longest line, both going and returning…★

The check-in and the itinerary by the tour agency was smooth. Guide was proficient on history. But itinerary was abit tight...not much time to do longer shopping at Toledo and Segovia. ★

Nice and exciting trip to Toledo. Pleasant trip in the bus, where Pablo was the driver. Our guide Oscar was very knowledgeable and a good communicator. We got a lot of information and detailed review of history, religion, architecture and art etc. Opportunities to take pictures. I recommend this trip.★
