Bus timings are pretty accurate but it is not exactly 24 hrs per se. There is a pick up point from across Oaks Hotel Perth, very convenient. 1st bus starts from HQ at Barracks St at 9.15 and last bus finishes before 5pm.

It was a satisfying trip with a good price that was definitely worth it to see the quokkas, even though the waves were strong and I was tossed around a lot.

Amazing trip to rottnest island, I would definitely recommend to anyone in the area, so many quokkas and beautiful beaches with great snorkelling, great hikes to go on and everyone working there was so lovely and helped me with anything I needed. I went on one of the free volunteer tours in the morning and our guide was so lovely, and so informative, I learned a lot. The only thing I’d say to be careful of is that the return ferry time for this trip is 4.30 - not ideal if like me you want a full day out! You can change the time for free by phoning the ferry company before/when on the island, but it’s a bit of extra faff!!
