Booking Information

Time: Please confirm at least 1 day in advance (for special cases, please contact customer support)

Validity period: Guests can decide on their own (subject to confirmation by contacting staff)

Shooting location: Guests can decide on their own (subject to confirmation by contacting staff)

Service coverage: Free on-site shooting in urban areas, transportation fees for other areas need to be consulted with customer support.

Outfit Styling: Bring your own clothing that suits your personal style, solid colors are preferred.

Admission tickets: If your chosen shooting location involves attraction admission tickets, you will also need to purchase or reimburse them for the photographer.

Schedule Description:

1. The photographer primarily sells their available time slots. Therefore, you need to confirm the shooting time, location, and number of participants. Once the time slot is confirmed, it cannot be split.

2. The timing begins at the agreed-upon time. Once started, all circumstances are included in the duration, such as your late arrival, temporary requests to change locations, needing breaks, meals, changing clothes, or children being uncooperative or throwing tantrums.

Usage: Our staff will contact you within 24 hours after your order is placed to confirm details. Please keep your phone accessible. Online customer support is available from 8:00 AM to 11:00 PM Beijing Time.

Important Notes:

1. Photography Service: Please fully communicate your preferred style and ideas with the photographer before the session. During the shoot, provide timely feedback and frequently check the photos in the photographer's camera to ensure satisfaction. If any issues arise, adjustments should be made immediately. If unsatisfied, request an on-the-spot refund or contact customer support to switch photographers. Failure to communicate dissatisfaction during the session will be considered as approval of the service, and no refunds will be issued for later complaints.

2. The minimum number of photos guaranteed per hour applies only to single-person shoots. Situations involving multiple subjects, uncooperative children, or multiple shooting locations are not covered by this guarantee. Please be advised.

3. Retouching standards: Beauty enhancement, slimming, color adjustment, excluding individual removal of passersby (can be blurred), and excluding ultra-detailed processing such as removing stray hairs or fingernails.
