This Malacca Dream Night Tour exceeded my expectations! Our driver, Tom Yong Xiang, was incredibly reliable and highly recommended. He made excellent arrangements at every attraction, taking meticulous care of us throughout the trip. He even offered to help with our luggage and take photos, and he was very humorous, keeping us smiling the whole time. The itinerary was well-planned, and the Pink Mosque, Straits Mosque, Stadthuys, and Jonker Street night views were all beautiful โ definitely worth the trip!โ

Since I was traveling alone with my child and had a tight schedule, needing to catch an international flight after a full day of sightseeing, I booked a private car for two. Our driver, Sam, made for a relaxing and enjoyable day. He arrived at the pick-up point half an hour early. My first impression was that the car was clean and Sam drove steadily. He flexibly arranged the itinerary according to our expectations, was always available online, quickly picked up after each attraction, and even helped us find the nearest nice rest room. After Malacca Walking Street, he accurately estimated the time and took us to the Malacca Mosque, which we had originally planned to skip. Sam was very reliable; my child and I slept soundly and got plenty of rest in his car! We arrived at the airport on time and boarded smoothly. A huge thank you to Ctrip and Sam for making our last day in Malaysia an unforgettable experience!โ

It was a good trip, but there was a strange surcharge for the driver. We returned to all the destinations before the driver's stated time, but we had to wait for him. On the way back, he drove very slowly, even though the speed limit allowed for faster driving, and stopped at a gas station. In other words, he kept dragging out the tour in order to extract additional payment.๎ฅ
