Easy to book on trip.com, different locations we went to the one on Nanjing road inside the shopping centre, easy to find, showed the staff our voucher, she logged it and said come back in 30mins we walked around came back, waited another 45min before we were called in and seated (they provided water and snacks while you wait) this was around 1pm. It looks just like Instagram, very cool, very clean and aesthetically pleasing, staff are great, we used a translation app to order as no one spoke fluent English, we had the set for 2-4 people (it was way to much for 2 people to eat) they served a whole fish, after we’d eaten dumplings, beef in a sauce on mashed potatoes and some kind of pickled vegetable. Was a great experience, great price and staff were awesome.★

My one-day Shanghai tour, covering Yu Garden, the Bund, Nanjing Road, Xintiandi, and Jade Buddha Temple, was surprisingly fulfilling—thanks entirely to how well the travel agency planned the route, with no wasted time between spots.
Our guide made all the difference: she knew exactly when to pause for photos at the Bund (when the light hit Pudong perfectly) and shared fun trivia about Yu Garden’s pavilions that made the history feel alive.
