Change & cancellation policies

If a cancellation request is submitted before 14:00, 3 day(s) prior to the date of use, no cancellation fee will be charged.

If a cancellation request is submitted before 14:00 1 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 50% will be charged.

If a cancellation request is submitted after 14:00 1 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 100% will be charged.

If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.

Partial refund is not available.

The group BBQ/picnic package includes camping BBQ with a validity period from 18:30 to 20:30, and outdoor karaoke from 18:00 to 21:30. Extended usage of the venue or equipment beyond these hours will incur an additional charge of 500 CNY per hr.

Camping and barbecue extension is available until 24:00 at the latest, while karaoke extension is available until 22:30 at the latest.

1. For standard group dining, each table accommodates 10 people. If the number exceeds by 5 or more, an additional table must be opened. For family tour groups, each table can accommodate a maximum of 12 people (6 parent-child pairs). Groups with fewer than 10 people per table need to pay the corresponding meal standard difference ("meal supplement").

2. Each group is entitled to 2 complimentary driver/guide meals; arrangements for large groups will be discussed separately.

3. Cancellation policy: If cancellation is notified between 12-24 hours in advance, 50% of the dining fee will be charged as compensation; if cancelled within 12 hours before the dining time on the same day, 80% of the dining fee will be charged as compensation.

4. Group meals must be booked at least one working day in advance with a deposit paid, while large groups require booking at least three working days in advance.
