We were divided into small groups, accompanied by a caring guide. We took a beautiful snowy walk to visit a volcanic crater, then explored a lava cave and a valley formed by lava flows, and were able to observe all of Etna's other attractions directly from the jeep. Our guide, Gaetano, was incredibly kind, friendly, and helpful!★

Superb day, with a pick-up in front of my hotel. The driver was perfect, with his smooth driving. He is very talented, given the roads! Comfortable car, with a backrest that extends. The guide was also perfect, we learned a lot of things. She is gentle, smiling and patient. Very beautiful visits! On the downside, there were a lot of queues to visit Etna, a little short for our taste. And there are not enough charging points for our devices (plugs in the bus or elsewhere). Delighted with our excursion!★

The tour guide was a woman who spoke perfect English and was very friendly. The time spent in Catania was too short, while the time spent at Mount Etna was too long. The bus was incredibly cramped and completely unsuitable for anyone over 1.80m tall. We were left very much on our own at the beginning of the tour. I had to call the tour operator to find out that we wouldn't be met until we reached Sicily.
