I booked one day and went the next. It was a small group with few people, and the foreign driver/guide was beautiful, kind, and incredibly attentive. She provided detailed explanations throughout the trip, stopped at every attraction to take photos for us, and even prepared local plant information and drew a diagram explaining the formation of the fjords. On the way back from the boat, she thoughtfully provided chocolates and umbrellas for when it rained. The customer service was also very patient, assisting us whenever we were worried about getting lost. A great experience!★

The driver/guide was great and the excursion was perfectly organized. However, the bus, or all buses, should be checked to ensure the ventilation is working correctly: with the air conditioning on, there was a constant draft at the aisle seats. Some people might like that, but I and some other passengers found it very unpleasant to have the wind or air constantly blowing in our faces. Everyone should be able to adjust the ventilation themselves so that it's optimal for everyone.
