It was a fantastic English-language day tour with friends from all over the world on board. The drivers were from Nepal, the US, and New Zealand. They were very friendly and professional. The journey was quite tiring, but Ye kept chatting with us, making us feel less lonely. Although the itinerary was rushed, it was still very fulfilling, and we visited all the places we wanted to see.★

Excellent weather and excellent guide Hiro from the time he picked us up! Friendly, informative and provided good commentary on the tour. Bus is a little tight but safe driving makes up for it. Many stops and ample time for beautiful photo taking. Explanation on hikes and pick up times were clearly explained. Overall this is the best tour we had compared to the others that we signed up.★

Wonderful day trip to Mt Cook with Raghav He was very accommodating , pleasant and informative. Two suggestions. There are two hikes on this trip , one on the Hooker Trail and one to see the Tasmin glacier. The Hooker Trail is beautiful hike to the suspension bridge but not an easy one if you have any limitations. We could have used a bit more time to do the trail as we were SLOW due to knee replacement. It was doable but with some stairs and uneven surfaces had to be taken slowly. Having said that, I would have hated to miss the views on this trail It was spectacular The Tasmin Glacier hike is 320 step/stairs. I sat this one out. My husband did this hike and felt the view of the glacier was interesting. The ride to Mt Cook was a lovely trip through the Southern Alps. Raghav was very attentive to all our needs and even made an extra stop for special ice cream made with fresh fruit★
