I used this in KL, Bangkok and Shanghai. Overall the signal was ok. Sometimes we do get a drop out but it’s not often. We managed to use all social media platforms with this eSIM at Shanghai. Only thing is if you want to hail a ride you’ll need a number for it in china.★

I used the 10GB plan for 30 days. During the contract period, I changed the settings on my smartphone and lost signal, causing my connection to be cut off. It was past midnight Korean time, but thanks to Trip.com's staff's long operating hours, I was able to contact chat support immediately and the issue was resolved. The person in charge seemed to be in China or the surrounding area, and spoke Chinese, but thanks to the automatic translation function, I was able to communicate in my native language, which was very convenient. Activation was easy and the connection was stable. I was asked for my phone number at the hotel while I was in Korea, so I'm glad I reserved one with a phone number. Popular restaurants sometimes require a phone number for waiting, so I'll reserve the same one next time.★

I didn't use the call answering function, and I'm not sure if it's activated or not, but the internet speed is definitely fantastic. I'll definitely buy this again next time I go. The card pickup and installation at the airport are extremely convenient. Highly recommended!
It's definitely worth buying; you get what you pay for. The counter is easy to find, and the staff's service is superb. Even though we speak different languages, they made sure you understood. The card is also great for taking the subway and buses; a quick swipe is super convenient and saves you from carrying multiple cards. I can use this again next time.
