5-seater car: can accommodate 1-3 people plus 2 pieces of 24-inch luggage or 1 piece of 28-inch luggage
7-seater car: can accommodate 1-4 people plus 3 pieces of 24-inch luggage or 2 pieces of 28-inch luggage
10-seater vehicle: can accommodate 9 passengers plus six 24-inch suitcases
During peak travel periods when vehicles are in short supply and sedans cannot be arranged, your vehicle type may be upgraded to a luxury van at no additional cost, ensuring your travel plans remain unaffected. Please be advised of this possibility.
Note: The fee is calculated per vehicle. If you exceed the passenger limit, please book two vehicles or contact customer support for confirmation.
During Lunar New Year and other holidays, vehicle rental rates increase: 500 THB for 5-seaters, 700 THB for 7-seaters, and 1000 THB for 10- or 12-seaters.

Bangkok - Pattaya / Pattaya - Bangkok Private Charter
Inclusions:
1) Vehicle usage within the agreed time, driver fee, and fuel cost.

2) Additional fees such as indoor & mall parking fees; if needed, the driver will collect these fees on-site based on actual charges.
3) Overtime fee standard: Overtime is calculated in increments of 15 min, at a rate of 300 THB/hr (500 THB/hr for Alphard vehicles) (payable directly to driver).
Airport pick-up or drop-off during private charter duration requires an additional fee of 500 THB (prepaid)
5) Inter-province private charter: If returning to the original province, additional fees apply - 1,000 THB for 12-seater, 800 THB for 7-seater, and 500 THB for 5-seater (prepayment required).
6) Additional 700 THB (prepaid) for a 1-day tour to Damnoen Saduak + Maeklong Railway Market by private charter.
7) Toll fees are subject to the actual highway toll receipt
Note: Private charter itineraries cannot pick up passengers from multiple hotels or return to the hotel midway.
How to Use:
Please arrive at the hotel lobby 5-10 minutes before the scheduled pick-up time. Present your e-confirmation and passenger name to the driver for verification before boarding.

Point-to-point transfer service

Note: As there are other vehicles scheduled after yours, the driver can only wait for 15 minutes from your reserved booking time upon arrival.

Airport Transfer Service
Inclusions: 90-minute waiting time for airport pick-up, highway toll fees after leaving Bangkok city center when traveling to Pattaya are included.
Exclusions: Bangkok city highway tolls.
About flight delays
1) Nonstop: If your flight is delayed, please notify the emergency contact number on the confirmation sheet at least 2 hours before the original scheduled departure time, so the airport pick-up service can provide free waiting time for flight delays.
2) Connecting flights: If your previous flight is delayed and you are unsure whether you can catch your connecting flight, please notify us in advance when the delay occurs to cancel your booking for free. If you cancel without notifying us, the driver will still arrive as scheduled based on the flight number in your booking, and no refund will be issued.
Special Note:
1) The times listed on the confirmation are in local time, please adjust for time differences accordingly
2) If you cannot find the staff or driver upon arrival at the designated airport pick-up location/hotel lobby, please immediately call the customer support number provided in your confirmation email.
The driver is Thai and speaks basic English but may not speak Chinese. During the tour, if you have any requests or complaints, you can call the Chinese customer support number on your confirmation voucher for assistance with communication.
4) The car service company provides free waiting for flight delays, provided that you contact the emergency phone number on the confirmation form before boarding to inform them of the flight delay. The driver will provide the service based on your flight's actual arrival time. If we do not receive any notification about flight time changes, the driver will wait for 90 minutes at the scheduled time (for airport pick-up) before leaving, and the service will be considered completed with no refund of the original fee.
- Friendly reminder
1. If you are satisfied with the driver's service, you may give gratuities at your discretion (voluntary).
2. Please try to provide your preferred route and attractions for the day when making the booking, so the driver can plan a reasonable itinerary in advance. If you need to modify your request on the day of travel, you can contact our Chinese-speaking customer support to communicate with the driver on your behalf.
3. If you do not meet the pick-up personnel for an extended period, please promptly call the emergency contact number provided in the SMS or email. If you do not receive an SMS or email with the contact number before your trip, please contact the local Chinese customer support immediately to obtain complete travel information.
For vehicles with 12 seats or more, the Tourism Authority of Thailand requires a guide to be present. If you are unwilling to pay for the guide service, you may face penalties if inspected, and any losses incurred will be your responsibility (though the probability is low, this possibility exists and requires your own judgment).
