I really liked this company's service! I needed a ride from Sapa to the airport. They contacted us promptly, met us at the hotel, and took us to the bus by minibus. There were plenty of stops along the way, allowing us to use the restroom and grab a bite to eat.β

The service in Hanoi is very convenient, including a Russian-language audio guide. The route is interesting. It took four hours. It was basically enough for everything: first, we did the full circle, then stopped at three stops for sightseeing. One inconvenience: the first time you have to board the bus, you have to get off at the first stop, near the opera house. There, you have to exchange your trip reservation for a paper ticket.β
