We were picked up on time and as there were only 3 people on the tour it felt more like a private tour. Mark the guide was fantastic and very knowledgeable. He gave us so much information and was great fun. The weather was somewhat inclement but it didn't stop us seeing all the sights we were promised...even though some were closed due to the weather and time of year. Highly recommended as it gives a great insight on the Moors and local villages.★

This trip was fantastic. First, our tour guide, Xiaoyu, was incredibly patient, helping every tourist who needed assistance. Throughout the trip, she tirelessly shared many interesting local history and cultural stories, which I, as a tourist, listened to attentively and found very helpful and informative. She also patiently guided us through the meeting points and ensured safety, providing excellent service.
Second, the driver's skills were superb. Despite the challenging driving conditions in the icy and snowy conditions, he still managed to get everyone to our destination safely and on time.
Thank you both for your hard work; the entire trip was excellent, and I would definitely choose Xiaoyu again next time.★

The itinerary was well-planned, and our tour guide, Bingbing, was incredibly kind. At the Asahikawa Zoo stop, she personally led us to the penguin parade area, where we found a great viewing spot. Along the way, she also recommended other attractions and local delicacies. The weather was fantastic today, and we visited all the attractions, plus the tour guide gave us 5 to 10 minutes more time than usual. We enjoyed local cuisine and bought some souvenirs we liked. So happy! 😃★

A good tour for a varied vacation. It's packed with activities and offers a variety of photo locations. I recommend taking the rafting trip for the longest distance (you'll have to wait for everyone at the meeting point anyway). Cons: a long drive to the first location and back to the hotel in the evening, the ATVs (a lawnmower with wheels) are out of commission, and the trail is ridiculous (even a child would find it boring).
