This trip is a must. What a terrific experience . A very long day; 6am -9pm but worth every minute to see the spectacular Katherine Gorge.
Our AAT coach driver was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. The coach was modern and comfortable. The day started with a stop at Adelaide River General Store for a coffee, then on to the Adelaide War Memorial Cemetery which is a beautiful memorial to the lives lost during the Bombing of Darwin. From here we visited the beautiful Edith Falls before travelling on to Katherine. The highlight of the day was the boat trip through Katherine Gorge which was absolutely spectacular.
Buffet lunch at the Nitmiluk Tourist Information Centre was lovely. A stop at Adelaide River Hotel for dinner on the way home topped off the day.
A great experience which I highly recommend.★

It is a very long day but the gorge is absolutely worth it and the guide Leigh was so knowledgeable he told facts and stories all the way which made the time go quicker. One negative is there is no lunch included in the cost which is a shame for such an expensive trip. There are limited food outlets on the way so bring snacks with you.★

This was an extremely satisfying chartered tour experience. First, the 15-seater Mercedes was spacious and comfortable, very clean and tidy, with powerful air conditioning, and they thoughtfully provided plenty of bottled water – a huge plus. Second, everyone on the bus was extremely satisfied with our guide, Jack Guo. He was professional, humorous, and attentive, sharing a wealth of information about Australia – culture, economy, politics, tourism, and more – all based on his experience, giving us a comprehensive understanding of the country. Jack Guo also provided very practical tips and advice on avoiding common pitfalls. At attractions, he recommended the optimal routes and order of visits, saving us a lot of queuing time and allowing us to experience more. He was also very responsible in reminding us of tour times and meeting times; no one was late or let us down throughout the day – fantastic! I hope to book another tour with Jack Guo in Sydney and will definitely recommend him to my friends.★

Fantastic day with great staff who look after every need. We stopped at two reefs and had a great deal of time at each. I felt very safe and secure throughout, they really look after everyone. Great lunch too with options for everyone. The fish and reef were beyond incredible and I only wish I could have stayed longer in Cairns as I would absolutely repeat this tour! ★

Today we had a wonderful trip to the Great Ocean Road, and our driver provided excellent service throughout the day. He was punctual, friendly, and very professional. He made sure we were comfortable during the journey and drove safely while also sharing helpful information about the places we visited.
Thanks to him, our trip was smooth and enjoyable. We truly appreciated his kindness and patience, and he helped make our experience at the Great Ocean Road even more memorable. Highly recommend his service!
