The Heineken museum seemed average to me, nothing remarkable. The tour is very poorly organized; the guides lead you astray, and it's impossible to know where to go. With so many people crowding the place, it's impossible to enjoy it. If you don't speak English, bring headphones to better enjoy the experience. The boat trip is the absolute highlight.★

The tour was very interesting, the guide Rodrigo is very funny and entertaining!! A tour that is worth doing!! One thing I found important: There are lockers to leave coats, backpacks, bags (free of charge).★

The overall experience itself were amazing, however I paid extra for a hot chocolate and cookies but didn’t receive the cookies, and they were giving out hot chocolates anyway. But other than that we got to see more of the city and it was an amazing experience.★
