An unforgettable day in the Yorkshire Dales – truly beyond five stars! My 10-year-old daughter and I joined this tour as fans of All Creatures Great and Small, and it was one of our best travel experiences ever. The Mercedes minibus was spotless, comfortable, and modern, with panoramic windows, perfect temperature, and Wi-Fi. Every detail was cared for! Our guide, Marc, was outstanding – friendly, funny, and incredibly knowledgeable. He kept us engaged with stories, history, and great anecdotes about the series. We’re French, and he spoke perfectly so we understood everything. Even though we were the only two guests, Marc kindly ran the tour just for us and tailored it to our interests. His professionalism and kindness made the day exceptional. The itinerary was beautifully planned, the scenery breathtaking, and every stop perfectly timed. ⭐ A perfect, heart-warming day — 10 stars out of 5! ⭐★

Although several days have passed since the trip, I still vividly remember the tour guide's wonderful commentary. While we didn't understand everything, the guide, dressed in a cowboy outfit, and the pleasant music he accompanied his explanations created a vivid picture of the story—sometimes cheerful, sometimes gentle, sometimes expansive. It was fantastic! Knowing our English wasn't great, he always paid extra attention to us whenever the bus stopped, which made us feel very warm and cared for. Thank you so much! The only regret is that Ctrip didn't provide our guide's phone number or tell us which tour bus to board until close to the meeting time, leaving us to search for it ourselves. I also suggest that Ctrip provide a bilingual (Chinese and English) travel notification sheet for future English-language tours. This would make it easier for us to find the bus at the meeting point.★

This was an English-language tour, so a certain level of English proficiency was required. The domestic travel agency was their downstream partner, and they didn't notify us the night before. When we called the domestic agency, they explained that foreigners don't usually join WeChat groups, so we had to find the pick-up location ourselves. In short, the domestic travel agency's service wasn't very good; they need to improve their service awareness. Fortunately, the guide and driver from this British-owned Rabbs company were very helpful, and everything went relatively smoothly.★

The tour included guided commentary and was conducted in a comfortable and spacious 8-seater minibus. Three hours were allocated for the final visit to Darcy Estate, which was ample time to explore the entire estate.
