It took four adjustments before we finally got on the flight and saw the fjord, but it was totally worth it! The owner was incredibly dedicated, answering every question and patiently explaining things. He even proactively helped with potential itineraries and helped secure a seat.
Furthermore, the weather check and departure times for my final itinerary were at 1:00 AM China time. I had planned to call and confirm them myself, but the owner was so persistent that he helped confirm them. I was so touched! I highly recommend this place! It was a great choice!★

Once in a life experience. This activity might feel expense, but it's totally worth it. Kirsten our guide was wonderful and took great care of us and the group. We were able to get all the gear required for the hike and loved every moment of it. This is a must do activity!★

Our family of 4 had Diana and Joe as our guides. Diana picked us up in CHC and narrated the history of the sights we visited as she drove the van down to Mt Cooke. Very informative! We were going on to Queenstown so we switched to Joe's van, who was also very helpful and friendly. It was stress-free travel with everything taken care of, including bathroom breaks, prearranged lunch and snacks/water. Highly recommend!★

We did the helicopter hike here and had an absolutely amazing experience. We got lucky with the weather and were able to spend the entire 3 hours on the glacier, but the guides were very prepared for all weather scenarios. Before we even got into the helicopter, we got a very thorough briefing of the safety rules and what to expect on the glacier. Then they helped us get fitted with the right equipment for the activity. They were extremely well organized throughout the entire experience, especially when getting everyone to and from the glacier with the helicopters. We had Keeley as our guide and she was phenomenal! She never rushed through our hike and made sure that we were moving, having fun and learning about the glacier at the same time. Loads of photos and fantastic memories
