It was very convenient to be able to board a train simply by saving the searched schedule. Changing the schedule was also easy. However, the update of delayed train times was a little slow, making it difficult to travel on tight schedules in some sections. Also, it was a bit inconvenient that seat reservations could only be purchased by going to the website first, rather than through the app. Overall, however, I was satisfied.

He took the time to make sure we were doing well and answered any questions that arose throughout the tour. We truly appreciated his kindness and the effort he put into making our experience so enjoyable.
